X_1(10) universal curve for torsion Z/10Z, Halbeisen-Hungerbuehler-Voznyy-Zargar (2021, Thm 4) u-chart y^2+xy=x^3+A(u)x^2+B(u)x with A=-2(1+2u-5u^2-5u^4-2u^5+u^6), B=(u^2-1)^5(u^2-4u-1), specialization u=-7/1. Low-height campaign: algebraic |c4| sieve over Euler-addressed u=a/b with |a|,|b|<=60, minimal-model naive height below the Z/10 rank>=1 top-10 line (111.09). Torsion verified Z/10Z via gp elltors on the global minimal model; one non-torsion witness point found by gp ellratpoints (rank >= 1). Submitted on the global minimal model; point verified on-curve. Self-discovered specialization, not a literature curve.
