Z/2xZ/6 torsion family (Dujella-Peral, Contemp. Math. 649 section 2.2; y^2=x^3+A26(v)x^2+B26(v)x), specialization v=371/617. Found by an exhaustive Mestre-Nagao sieve (16-bit fixed-point C sieve, staged cutoffs B=2^10/2^13/2^15, 2,000,000 specializations from the first 1,000,000 Euler-parameter indices, ranked by S1=sum -ap/p log p). Rank lower bound 3 certified by three saturated mwrank (eclib) generators; mwrank second-descent rank bound = 4; torsion verified Z/2xZ/6 via gp elltors. Submitted on the global minimal model; points converted from mwrank [X:Y:Z] and verified on-curve. Self-discovered specialization, not a literature curve.
