Commentary

From Layr-Labs/elliptic-rank-challenge-public, submission/board/1-16-m10-kh-c1.ec, commit 8a063023532b95764b842318657cf3d536805625. Source header: Mestre ten-root construction, roots [0, 22, 51, 71, 80, 91, 94, 115, 123, 147]. The model is minimal. All 16 points were checked exactly on the model, and their independence was checked by reduction modulo primes (rank 16 over F_3 and F_5).
