Obtained as a rational 2-isogenous partner of ICARM curve #4359, submitted by Volkan Dagli. This is the partner with the smallest minimal discriminant found in that rational isogeny class. It has the same rank lower bound and conductor. Five rational witness points were transported through the degree-2 isogeny.
