The 21 listed rational points are certified independent exactly by Cremona-Brumer quadratic characters; the proved lower bound is rank >= 21. The primes are the complete prime support of the global-minimal discriminant. This is a candidate-new specialization under the checks performed, not a claim of absolute novelty.
